With the experience of lead sales manager at verizon wireless, Nishes has an arsenal of sales background at his disposal. In less than eight years, he has sold over sixty five million dollars worth of property in Northern Virginia.

Greetings, I am Deepa Maharjan- —passionate, curious, and always excited about every work that I do. I’ve been very fortunate to explore various positions over the past years within the healthcare sector, specifically in HR and Sales. I first worked in Human Resources, making sure workplaces were supportive and ensuring the well-being of staff and residents. Then, I moved into Sales, getting better at connecting with people and understanding what they need.  I’ve always wanted to work where I can make a positive impact in the lives I touch, believing in the power of small gestures and continuous learning beyond titles and roles.

My transition into real estate was inspired by my personal experiences in purchasing a home. Having felt the excitement and challenges firsthand, I am now committed to guide others through this big moment, using both my passion and expertise to make this journey smoother for my client. After all, it’s not just a transaction for me, it’s about- helping friends and families find their dream homes where they get to create a space to make memories-it’s about building trust and a friendly connection that lasts.

I will continue to create a comfortable space for my clients and encourage them to reach out with all questions, big or small. Saesha comes from IT and sales background. She knows the numbers and has a profound knowledge of the system. Safal Baniya

Marketing and event management specialist

Safal Baniya is currently an undergraduate student from George mason university majoring in cybersecurity and minoring in finance. As a young new team member of Nepalirealtor team he holds expertise in marketing has more than 5 years of customer service experience. Safal is also one of the owners of a social media marketing company which allows him to integrate the technical expertise into the real estate industry.

His expertise in google ads, Facebook ads /boost, Instagram\ads, email marketing, Social media management (SMM), and search engine optimization(SEO) gives our clients extra edge over other traditional teams when it comes to online visibility and interactions.
